We understand the need to return items from time to time.
We gladly accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase. Any items being returned must include the original receipt, be in the same condition as the date they were sold and shall include all hang tags and warning signs cards that were included when the item(s) were originally sold. We also require that you contact for approval prior to shipping the item(s).
Defective, Damaged Items / Errors:
We inspect every product during the order packaging process, but mistakes can happen.
If you need to return an item that was received damaged or defective, or if there was an error on the part of Elizabeth Scovil Inc, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for damaged or defective products beyond that time-frame. We will refund the purchase price, taxes (if applicable) and shipping. A refund will be issued with 10 days of receipt and inspection of the items being returned.

Please note that unless there was an error on our part or the product was damaged upon receipt, you are responsible all return shipping expenses.
